Thank you for purchasing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Sender Authentication Package! Please fill out the form below in order to help us accelerate the Sender Authentication setup process for your account. (All fields are required except additional comments.)

After you've submitted your form, we'll begin configuring your account for Sender Authentication. The typical SAP configuration process can take up to 5 business days to complete, once you have submitted the form and any outstanding information has been finalized.

We do not recommend including the words exact, exacttarget, salesforce, marketingcloud or sfmc in your domain name or sub-domain choice. This will lead to confusing branding for your subscribers. The goal is to highlight your company branding to subscribers, not ours.

Before pressing 'submit', please ensure your company has settled on the domain being chosen. Your Security/IT team may have specific requirements around domain name space that need to be considered. Domain changes requested after the initial setup is already completed will require additional product purchases from your Account Executive.
 
In addition, the Sender Authentication Package includes a dedicated sending IP by default. If your company will be sending less than 250k emails/month, the Salesforce Marketing Cloud shared IP space will likely be more ideal for your use case to help ensure sending reputation is maintained with the ISPs. If you believe your company would benefit from the use of the shared IP space, please ensure you make that request in the 'additional comments' section of the form submission. Please include your use case and/or projected monthly volumes for consideration.
